As many of our customers have similar equipment, this allows them to benefit from our ability to locate their tooling into our machinery with no alterations required. 

Plant list:

Window Patching:
1 x 1120 Kohmann twin stream window patcher with slitting and perforating units, can handle blank sizes from 100 x 100mm to 1120 x 1240mm.
2 x 750 Kohmann both machines are equipped with profile cutting (i.e. for tissue cartons), slitting and perforation units. 

Folder Gluers:
1x Bobst Media   100-2 4 + 6 corner
1x Bobst Domino 100 4 + 6 corner
1x Bobst Domino 100 4 + 6 corner + additional 2.5m folding section for extra pre-folds and inserting online.
1x Bobst Domino 110 high speed line with handypack for all styles of cartons including 4 and 6 corner,

 

Added value options:
Bespoke inserting device for small books, credit cards, CDs and leaflets. Depending on the product run speeds of up to 15,000 units per hour can be achieved.
