Die operations are often named after the specific type of die that performs the operation, our process is based on "Blanking".
Our die press is a B1 Bobst SP Evoline 102E has proven accuracy of registration at speeds up to 7,500 sheets per hour. It has a 'Centreline' Quick Lock tooling and rapid chase lock-up systems. The machine is controlled by the Bobst Electronic C.U.B.E. microprocessor based system.
The machine is capable of handling paper from 150g through all types of carton board up to E flute corrugate, this machinery is also capable of handling plastics. The technical specifications are as follows:
