Glueing services        Marpaks Bobst Media

We have four Bobst gluing machines on which we can glue a multitude of designs including;
  • 4 corner trays & 6 corner cake boxes
  • Internal fitments
  • crash-lock cartons
  • Buckle folding
  • wallets
  • In addition we also have a high speed line forstraight-line and side seam gluing.
Two of these machines have been re-engineered, enhancing their capability, and as such they can accommodate extra folds and the insertion of value added products (see inserting).
 
The folder gluers we have at Marpak have been specifically selected and purchased for their flexibility, reliability and compatibility, with many of the parts being interchangable for increased flexibility.  We have two self-contained gluing units that operate in a secure and hygienic enviroment suitable for all types of work.
  
With our extentive range of glueing systems, (see our plant list for further details) our capabilities include most types of glue substrates utilising hot and cold systems. Carton sizes range from miniture (10 x 10mm) to blank sizes up to 1000mm wide.
