Speciality processes - Inserting (Value added finishing)
We have a bespoke inserting device which can facilitate off-line or in-line inserting within the gluing process. This piece of machinery has the flexibility to insert CD’s, books, leaflets, seed packets, credit cards etc.
Having considerable numbers of glue heads for both hot and cold glue systems has enabled Marpak to tackle some very complicated glue patterns. Recently a range of advent calenders utilised up to 12 different glue applications in one pass of the machine.
